Prior to that, Ms. Rucker served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Avon Products, Inc., beginning in 2008, and assumed additional duties as Corporate Secretary in 2009, and as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer of Energy Future Holdings Corp. (formerly TXU Corp.) from 2004 to 2008. Ms. Rucker was also Corporate Counsel for Kimberly-Clark Corporation and a Partner in the Corporate & Securities group at the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP.
