Currently, Mr. Nelson serves on the Board of Directors of Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., a $1 billion public company, where he is chairman of its Compensation Committee. Mr. Nelson is a Certified Public Accountant (retired) and a member of The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Nelson received his B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Nelson has taught in the MBA and executive education programs at The Ohio State University and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
