Mr. Boro also previously served on the board of directors of other cybersecurity companies, including Blue Coat Systems, Inc., Entrust Inc., SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SAIL), SonicWall, Inc. and Tripwire, Inc. Mr. Boro received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of Queen’s University School of Business (Canada), where he received a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
